1. Description of Service

TraderCalc is a financial calculator application for iPhone designed to help traders with position sizing, risk management, profit/loss calculations, and other trading-related computations for cryptocurrency and forex markets.

2. Not Financial Advice

TraderCalc is a calculation tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All calculations are based on the values you input and standard mathematical formulas. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets, including cryptocurrency and foreign exchange (forex), involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Key risks include:

Always verify critical calculations independently before making trading decisions.

6. Purchase

TraderCalc is a paid application available for a one-time purchase of $2.99 USD (price may vary by region).

Purchases are non-refundable except as provided by Apple's policy
The purchase grants full access to all calculators and features

7. Availability

We strive to keep TraderCalc running properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

TraderCalc is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from use of the app or reliance on its calculations
We do not guarantee the app is free of errors
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the app
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

9. Intellectual Property

TraderCalc and all its content (code, design, brand) are the property of Jordi Milla. No intellectual property rights are granted beyond the personal use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
