By downloading or using Tidio, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Tidio is a storage cleanup and optimization app for iPhone. The app helps you identify and remove duplicate photos, similar photos, screenshots, large files, duplicate contacts, and compress videos.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tidio responsibly:

Use the app only to manage your own content
Do not attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the app
Do not use the app for any illegal purpose

3. Your Content

Tidio does not take ownership of your photos, contacts, or any other data. All content remains on your device and under your control. Any deletion actions you perform (deleting photos, contacts, etc.) are your responsibility.

4. Content Deletion

When you delete photos or videos through Tidio, they are moved to the iOS "Recently Deleted" folder, where they remain for 30 days before being permanently removed. Contacts deleted through the app do not have this recovery period, so we recommend reviewing carefully before confirming.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions

Tidio offers a free version with limited functionality. To unlock all features (Tidio Pro), you can choose from:

Monthly subscription — auto-renews each month
Annual subscription — auto-renews each year
Lifetime purchase — one-time payment, no renewal

Subscription details:

Payment is processed through Apple
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Purchases are non-refundable except as provided by Apple's policy
The free version includes usage limits that reset periodically

6. Availability

We strive to keep Tidio running properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tidio is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from use of the app
We do not guarantee the app is free of errors
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the app

We recommend maintaining a backup via iCloud or iTunes before performing bulk cleanup operations.

8. Intellectual Property

Tidio and all its content (code, design, brand) are the property of Jordi Milla. No intellectual property rights are granted beyond the personal use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
