At Tidio, we take your privacy very seriously. This policy describes what information the app accesses, how it is used, and what control you have over it.
Tidio accesses the following data on your device, always with your explicit permission:
We access your photo library to identify:
Analyzed metadata includes: creation date, file size, dimensions, and duration (for videos). All analysis is performed entirely on your device.
We access your contacts to detect duplicates and incomplete contacts. Analyzed data includes: name, phone numbers, email addresses, and contact photo.
We read general storage information (total, used, and free space) to show you the status of your device.
Tidio does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Specifically:
All data analysis and processing is performed exclusively on your device. Tidio has no backend server. Your data never leaves your iPhone.
Tidio Pro is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or lifetime purchase. All transactions are handled through Apple StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for more information.

This data is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Since no data is transmitted outside your device, the risk of data leakage is minimal. All information remains protected by iOS security measures (device encryption, sandboxing, etc.).
Tidio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
