By downloading or using ScanlyPDF ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ScanlyPDF on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Free & Pro Features

ScanlyPDF offers limited free functionality. The Pro version, available as a one-time in-app purchase, unlocks unlimited scans and OCR text extraction. The Pro purchase is non-recurring and provides lifetime access.

3. Purchases & Refunds

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• The Pro upgrade is a one-time payment. No subscriptions are involved.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple per their refund policy.
• You may restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you scan and store.
• Do not use ScanlyPDF to scan documents you do not have the right to reproduce.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScanlyPDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that OCR results will be 100% accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or document corruption.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of ScanlyPDF is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data remains on your device.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
