By downloading or using FastTrack, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

FastTrack is an intermittent fasting tracker app for iPhone and iPad. The app helps you track fasting sessions, monitor weight changes, log water intake, and view fasting statistics and streaks.

2. Health Disclaimer

FastTrack is a tracking and informational tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or under 18 years of age.

FastTrack does not take ownership of your data. All fasting sessions, weight entries, water logs, and personal information remain on your device and under your control. Any deletion actions you perform are your responsibility.

5. Data Deletion

When you use the "Clear All Data" function in Settings, all your fasting history, weight entries, and water logs are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. We recommend creating a backup before clearing data.

6. Subscriptions

FastTrack offers a free version with limited functionality and subscription plans to unlock all features (FastTrack Pro).

7. Availability

We strive to keep FastTrack running properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

FastTrack is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

9. Intellectual Property

FastTrack and all its content (code, design, brand) are the property of Jordi Milla. No intellectual property rights are granted beyond the personal use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
